The European network consists of specialist distributors with offices and stock locations in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, the United Kingdom, Poland and the Czech Republic. As an international inventory holder, Van Leeuwen Precision has specialist knowledge and experience in the fields of purchasing sources, machining, logistics, inventory management, distribution and transport. This enables the company to organise and manage the supply chain from producer to customer efficiently.

History
The origin of Van Leeuwen Precision – operating as an European division of the Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group – has been set up in Deventer in 1933. Started as a hardware and pipe business, Van Leeuwen Precision grew rapidly during the post war years into a specialist in the supply of seamless and welded precision tubes, of various sizes. The stock program included tubes and bars for the cylinder and pneumatic industry and an assortment of hollow bar as well. Van Leeuwen Precision continues to be that specialist today. By 1990, Van Leeuwen Precision presided over new, modern offices and a 4200 m2 warehouse. In 1996, the company expanded its warehouse to a total of 7200 m2 including a state-of-the-art storage location system. With the recent rapid grow of the company we have also opened a new warehouse of 2300 m2 in Deventer. Throughout the years, Van Leeuwen Precision has developed into a strong European player in the business of precision products.
Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube is part of the Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group, a globally operating industrial enterprise in steel pipes, pipe components and valves. In total, the Group has several dozen branches located throughout Europe, Asia (including the Middle East), Australia and Canada. Employing about 1100 people and with a turnover of around 750 million euros, the Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group is among the international leaders in its field.
